Italian Serie A duo of AC Milan and Roma are reportedly interested in the services of Norwich City defender Ben Godfrey.
With the imminent relegation of the Canaries after a poor campaign in the English Premier League, it is apparent that some players may not return to the championship with The Canaries.
The Canaries also have already placed a £50m price tag for Godfrey should any side be interested in purchasing the player.
Aside from Italy, there are also interests from German Bundesliga sides, including Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig.
The 22-year-old signed for Norwich City in 2016 from York City, and made 29 appearances for the club in the 2019-20 English Premier League season.
In total, since 2016, Ben has made 59 appearances and also went on loan at Shrewsbury Town in the 2017/2018 season.
Norwich City got promoted to the English Premier League last season as Champions of the Championship, but they started the season on a losing note to Liverpool.
Since then, the team has only garnered 21 points in 34 games, scored 26 goals, and conceded 63 goals.
Daniel Farke’s team will next host West Ham United on Saturday while the team is winless since the resumption of the league from the Coronavirus pandemic forced break.
They have lost to Southampton, Everton, Arsenal, Brighton, and Watford, including an FA Cup knockout in the hands of Manchester United.
The Canaries are ten points away from safety with just 4 more games left to be played this season with Aston Villa and Bournemouth still above the team on the league standings.
After West Ham visits the Carrow Road, the Canaries will visit Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge while Burnley and Manchester City will be the team’s last two fixtures of the 2019-20 English Premier League season.
