Carlo Ancelotti’s side has drawn four times in 12 games this season. They have drawn matches in instances where they should have easily won the game.
Milan, on the other hand, are the shadow of their former self. They have struggled to win matches in Serie A and lost a lot of crucial games.
AC Milan have lost seven games out of 12 matches in Serie A this term. The Rossoneri have netted just 11 goals from 12 games, which shows how badly they have been this season.

Milan go into the game with major injury concerns and will look to unleash their strongest attacking lineup, which will consist of a front three of Krzysztof Piatek, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Suso.
However, the AC Milan will likely be without the services Mateo Musacchio and Samuel Castillejo, with the Castillejo recently picking up a thigh injury.
Napoli, on the other hand, will be without the services of seasoned left-back Faouzi Ghoulam because he has a bruised knee. Also, striker Arkadiusz Milik would likely not feature due to a bruised knee.
Ancelotti’s only long term injury concern is that of Kevin Malcuit, whose knee ligament injury is likely to rule him out until April.
Both teams don’t look like they are capable of winning this game, and will most likely play a drab game. However, Napoli has the ability to take advantage of Milan’s lack of organization going forward and emerge victorious with a slim win.
