Messi determined to give his best PSG

According to sources close to Lionel Messi, the Argentine is not fazed by the boos he received on Sunday and has promised to give his best Paris St. Germain.

It was a day Lionel Messi and Neymar will not forget as they, alongside their teammates were booed by Paris Saint-Germain fans, despite defeating Bordeaux in a Ligue 1 action at the Parc des Princes.

The victory was a bounce back from the Champions League exit against Real Madrid. PSG faithfuls were showing their discontent at their stars for failing to progress beyond the round of 16.

According to the source, the Argentine was affected by the booing from fans but those close to him have said that will have given him a desire to show that he is still a player who can make a difference.

The close source further said that the six-time world footballer of the year hasn’t been dejected by the situation and he will remain an integral part of the team until the end of the season.

On Sunday, a few days after their Champions League exit, Messi was subjected to the loudest boos, alongside his former Barcelona teammate Neymar, as the fans showed their discontent at their team.

It was a strained atmosphere although PSG would run out 3-0 victors – including a goal from the Brazilian.

Messi will therefore, not forget the day having been accustomed to applause and cries of joy from the Catalan public, like his friend Neymar. But this tie around, they were copiously whistled, and during their week 28th of Ligue 1.

Meanwhile, Roberto Ayala, former defender of Albiceleste, who is now a coaching staff of the Argentine national team said it is not a worry for Argentina because he disconnects here.

He pointed out that Messi is a boy who can change games whenever he plays for the national team.

While noting that he is very surrounded by great players, Ayala said Messi also wants them to consider him as a player among others.

He further stated that the current world footballer of the year is an idol and special. He added that Messi wants to be treated like everyone else, and he usually has a good time with the national team.
