Keylor Navas left PSG in the winter in search of a team that would guarantee him more playing time. In the Parc des Princes, the Costa Rican goalkeeper was a bench player, something that did not make him happy.
The player managed to move on loan to Nottingham Forest, a club with which he is fighting to stay in the top flight of the Premier League. Despite the fact that the club does not show a good performance week by week, Navas has shown a great display of high-level skills.
But the goalkeeper is not sure that he will pass in the future. In a recent interview for Paramount +, the Costa Rica goalkeeper spoke about his future since he still has a contract with Paris Saint-Germain: “I would like to know the intentions of the team (PSG) when my loan ends with him, Nottingham Forest. After that, we can make decisions. If it is true that Nottingham has received me very well. My family is happy, and that’s important to me.”
“We don’t know what will happen. We have to wait a bit, and in the future, we will see what will happen, ” the Central American player mentioned.
Despite having a high level, Navas has always had problems with the clubs; some believe that because he is Central American, the clubs don’t appreciate him and prefer to give priority to European players, as happened at Real Madrid with the arrival of Thibaut Courtois who, despite having lower quality managed to take the position from Navas.
