Juventus are about to welcome two additions in the ongoing transfer window as they set to announce the arrival of Nico Gonzalez and Pierre Kalulu.
Sky Sport Italia reported that Juventus hope to finalize a deal to sign Gonzalez from Fiorentina over the next two days, while Kalulu will complete his medical in the next 24 hours.
According to reports, Juventus are pushing to sign the Argentinean winger as soon as possible. Sky Sport Italia’s transfer expert, Gianluca Di Marzio, revealed that the Old Lady has intensified talks with the Tuscans, hoping to secure the winger’s signature within the next 48 hours.
Juventus could sign Gonzalez for €30m plus €4-5m add-ons. According to Sky, the winger has given his ‘absolute priority’ to a move to the Allianz Stadium as he hopes to witness another challenge.
Atalanta are also in the race to sign the 26-year-old winger, but his desire to move to Turin means that the Bianconeri are leading the race.
According to the report, both parties are also discussing Arthur and Filip Kostic.
The Brazilian midfielder may spend another season on loan at the Stadio Franchi after last season’s one-year loan. Since he and Kostic are not part of Thiago Motta’s project, they have been training separately from first-team players in Turin.
On Kalulu, Romeo Agresti said that Milan defender Pierre Kalulu will undergo medical tests with Juventus this morning as he is on the verge of completing a transfer to Juventus.
This is following the agreement reached by both clubs over an initial loan deal with an option to buy last week. The delay in the deal was Kalulu himself, who took some time to decide on his future at San Siro.
Since Paulo Fonseca didn’t also see him as part of his plan, he eventually agreed to move to Turin.
Calciomercato.com reported that Juventus will pay €3.5m for Kalulu’s one-season loan with an option to buy for €14m plus €3m add-ons and a 10% sell-on clause.
Kalulu joined Milan in a €1.3m deal from Lyon in 2020 and went on to make 84 Serie A appearances with the Rossoneri, scoring three goals and winning one Serie A title in 2021-22.
