English goal scorer Harry Kane is one of the most sought-after football players in Europe. Over the last few seasons, he has been linked to several clubs both inside and outside of England, with teams vying for his transfer or loan services.
According to the Daily Mail, Kane’s fate could be sealed by the summer transfer market as the Red Devils have made him their top priority.
It is reported that United managers are already beginning to explore how to finalize the signing of him at the end of the season. The Red Devils know that Kane wants to leave Spurs in search of a more competitive club with access to European competitions.
The London striker enters the last 12 months of his contract with Spurs, and Tottenham would like him to renew, but they are not too positive that this will happen. Faced with an almost forced sale prospect, Daniel Levy is forced to consider offers, but not just any offer since the businessman expects at least 96 million euros for Kane.
In fact, the exorbitant price tag that Levy has placed on Kane is what has stopped clubs in the past from buying him. Two summers ago, the Englishman was Manchester City’s main target and the striker pushed for him to leave, but money was ultimately the issue on which they could not agree.
But the Red Devils are not alone in the race for Kane, as Bayern Munich continues to search for a replacement for Robert Lewandowski and the Spurs forward is a very attractive option.
