Florentino Pérez Closes the Door to Ronaldo

 

The future of Cristiano Ronaldo is uncertain, the player does not want to stay at Manchester United, but the club refuses to let him go, which has generated tensions and chaos in the locker room.

The player is still very much loved by the fans of the Real Madrid club as he won 16 titles in different competitions, including the Champions League.

In a video that went viral on TikTok, a group of fans proposed to the president of the Florentino Perez club that he hire CR7 again.

Sign El Bicho; sign Cristiano—the fans suggested.

—Who?—replied the head of Real Madrid immediately.

“To Cristiano, presi,” the fans insisted.

“Cristiano?” Again? At 38 years old?” Florentino said with a tone that made clear his lack of interest in the Portuguese star.

In statements given to Movistar + Florentino stated that the victory in the European Super Cup against Eintracht is due to “a job well done” and commented that they do not contemplate incorporating any more players for this season. “You have to train well, and Ancelotti must manage the squad that he has. Today we do not contemplate anything new players.

“Ancelotti manages this squad very well and is an important part of its success. We start this new season with great enthusiasm. This year everything has gone well for us, and nobody can be dissatisfied, but we have to keep working because every day we work for our future”, he added.

During the interview, he was asked if he considers the club has enough depth to be competitive, especially in Karim Benzema’s position. “I’m not worried at all. We have so many strikers that it won’t show; that’s how I see football,” he commented.
