It is longer news that Juventus keep snubbing Paulo Dybala over contract extension talk.
Thus, the club has on Tuesday revealed that it will not renew the striker’s contract, which ends on June 30, 2022.
This has made the Argentine receive interest from the Premier League. However, reports say he would prefer Paris Saint-Germain.
It was gathered that Premier League giants like Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, and Liverpool are among the clubs that have been linked with the Argentine.
It could be recalled that Dybala rejected a Spurs move in 2019 after he was deemed surplus to requirement.
Foot Mercato reported that La Joya, as he is fondly called, has already told his representatives to make an approach to PSG and see if they are prepared to offer him a contract.
Dybala had at a time been linked with Paris Saint-Germain. This could be an interesting one after it was also reported that former Inter Milan captain, Mauro Icardi has been told to find a new club this summer.
PSG had at last summer signed Lionel Messi, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Georginio Wijnaldum on free transfer. Having La Joya in their squad will be another plus.
According to RMC Sport, the Ligue 1 giant is yet to express any interest in the striker.
In another development, Tottenham Hotspur could sign Dejan Kulusevski earlier than expected.
This is following the performance of the midfielder, who seems to have settled down at the North London club.
The Swede who had joined Spurs on an initial could finally leave Juventus early this summer for €30m.
The Guardian transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano said the mandatory clause for €35m in 2023 could be paid by the English club.
Although the precise details of the complex loan deal are yet to be revealed, reports continue to emerge over what exactly the two clubs decided.
Spurs had paid €10m in January to take him on loan until June 2023 with the full salary paid over that period.
There is also an obligation to buy for €35m in 2023 if certain conditions are met. These conditions are what is yet to be known. Some reports have said that if Kulusevski plays 50 percent of their Premier League matches for at least 45 minutes and Tottenham qualifies for the Champions League, he will join them permanently.
But hi9s recent performance seems to have convinced the club to activate the option to make the move permanent this summer.
