Celtic center-back Christopher Jullien has said that his side are worthy winners of the title ahead of bitter rivals Rangers.
Steven Gerrard side is currently training the Hoops with 13 points as they occupy the second spot on the SPFL table.
However, Rangers also have a game in hand and a couple of derby games to play. The massive 13 points ahead shows how far the Celtic has been impressive so far prior to the suspension of reporting activity across the globe.
Christopher Jullien who joined from French side Toulouse during the summer of 2019 for a fee of £7m has a strong belief that his teammates and himself are worthy to clinch the title this season.
The Frenchman told reporters that his side has been on a fantastic run and impressive so far as they have been playing a lot of attractive football. ” the suspension of the league before our game against Rangers made us have some goosebumps as we couldn’t wait to play the game.”
” if the league management authorities decide to finish the league and make us champions, then we are worthy winners. It is my wish to complete the games but the standings on the log look good as it shows how we have worked hard so far in the season for every moment we have bounced back stronger “.
“I currently miss footballing actions as it is a core part of my life. As it stands where there is no football actions, I call my family and friends to make sure they stay safe.”
