Portuguese wonderkid Francisco Trincão has been in touch with the Catalan giant’s social media mediums as he was posting his updates about his indoor activities during this lockdown as well as his hopes and aspirations for the future at the Nou Camp.
The versatile midfielder has concluded a €31 million transfer move to Barcelona from the Portuguese side Sporting Braga. With his imminent arrival due to happen in the summer, the 20-year old has been keeping in shape and remained focused on looking sharp amidst the lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic outbreak.
Trincão has revealed via social media on the Spanish giant’s social media handles that his family is helping him to keep fit and maintain a top shape.
He wrote, “I am indoors with my sister and parents, and I want to encourage everyone out there to stay at home; everything will work out fine.”
“I wake up as early as possible eat breakfast as do my regular training. At noon, I have fun playing play station, watch TV, and in the evening, I read a lot of books.”
“And I also try to follow the rules given to me by Braga while my parents run or use the static bike.”
Francisco look set to join the Catalunya club in the coming season, where he will be with the rest of the squad with other star players. ” I was so excited when I got the call to come over, and I can’t wait to put on the famous shirt and play with some of the best players in the world.”
“I want to learn from Lionel Messi as he his one of my idols. I have also spoken with Antoine Griezmann, saying I will like the club and excel there.”
When asked what he can add to the team, he said his style of play matches that of Barcelona as he as always been watching right from a kid. “I hope to use my skills to bring something different together with my left foot and my youth, and I think the fans will have fun watching me as well. I will work hard, be secure, and create chances for my teammates as I look forward to continue from where I stopped in Braga.
