NBA: Giannis Powers Bucks to Sixth Straight Win; Suns and Hawks Secure Victories

Giannis Antetokounmpo delivered a historic performance with his third triple-double of the season, amassing 42 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the struggling Washington Wizards.

Damian Lillard contributed 25 points and 10 assists, while Brook Lopez added 18 points. Antetokounmpo’s first career 40-point triple-double, including a 15-for-24 shooting display, extended Milwaukee’s winning streak to six games.

Washington’s woes continued with their 14th consecutive loss, putting them two defeats shy of the franchise’s record losing streak. Jordan Poole led the Wizards with 31 points, and Malcolm Brogdon added a season-high 29 points and 11 rebounds.

Suns 113, Warriors 105
Devin Booker and Tyus Jones shone as the Phoenix Suns held off the Golden State Warriors in a matchup headlined by Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry. Booker and Jones combined for 46 points and 18 assists, while Durant chipped in 21 points and 10 rebounds despite struggling from the field.

Stephen Curry managed 23 points for the Warriors, but their poor three-point shooting—14 of 40—proved costly. Phoenix snapped a slump, securing only their second win in eight games.

Hawks 107, Hornets 104
De’Andre Hunter’s clutch plays in the final minute and Jalen Johnson’s 20-point effort lifted the Atlanta Hawks to a narrow win over the Charlotte Hornets. Trae Young and Zaccharie Risacher each added 14 points for Atlanta, which secured its third consecutive victory.

Brandon Miller’s 32-point effort for Charlotte, including a late three-pointer, wasn’t enough as Hunter’s free throws and Onyeka Okongwu’s late foul shots sealed the Hawks’ win.

76ers 111, Pistons 96
Tyrese Maxey paced the Philadelphia 76ers with 28 points and six assists in a dominant road victory over the Detroit Pistons. The 76ers, bolstered by the return of Paul George, who had 11 points and eight rebounds, controlled the game throughout.

Detroit’s Malik Beasley led his team with 19 points, but the Pistons struggled to keep pace, marking another setback in their challenging season.

Mavericks 106, Jazz 94
Kyrie Irving’s 30-point masterclass powered the Dallas Mavericks to a commanding win over the Utah Jazz. Playing without Luka Doncic, Dallas never trailed in the game, with Quentin Grimes adding 24 points.

Utah’s Lauri Markkanen returned from a one-game absence to score 19 points, but the Jazz shot just 35.8 percent from the field, suffering their seventh loss in eight games. Dallas, meanwhile, secured its third consecutive victory and continued to thrive despite Doncic’s absence.
